Design and ship production generative AI systems — RAG, agents and evaluation pipelines — for enterprise clients.

What you’ll do
- Build retrieval-augmented and agentic applications with leading LLMs.
- Design evaluation datasets, metrics and guardrails for AI systems.
- Collaborate with clients to translate business problems into AI solutions.
- Own the production lifecycle: deployment, monitoring and iteration.
What you bring
- Strong Python or TypeScript and production software engineering skills.
- Hands-on experience shipping LLM applications to real users.
- Understanding of embeddings, vector search and prompt engineering.
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with LangGraph or LlamaIndex
- MLOps tooling (MLflow, Weights & Biases)
- Consulting background
